I have an area slabbed with 2' x 2's (4.8 x 4.2M) which I am building a home office on.
The slabs are on a sound base of type 1 and sharp sand and my plan was to suspend a timber floor frame on bricks around the perimeter of the frame to allow for ventilation under the office and to allow me to get my levels correct.
Having built the frame there is too much movement across the joists after the noggins have been at the appropriate intervals.
